About Me! Who Am I?

Hi, I'm Diane Meyers- a former dancer, Pilates Instructor, Health Coach, MBG Functional Nutrition Expert.

I help active women over 40 who struggle with midsection protrusion, lower back tightness, and postural compensation to rebuild and restore their core coordination and foundation through a simple whole-person approach.

After years of working with women who stayed consistent with exercise but still felt stuck, I noticed a clear pattern, more effort wasn’t solving the issue. The real shift came from improving how the body coordinated breathing, alignment, and deep core support.
